Phungo Roman Numeral Challenge II

If you would like more background on this Phungo Challenge click here.

Time for the 2nd Quarter. We have an All Phils 2nd Quarter with three cards. Each Card below represents a different roman number, your goal is to figure out what the number is. The top two are pretty hard, the last one should be a little easier.

I think Rollins is 2 and Utley is 10. Still working on Combs.

10 is correct for the Utley Card - it is from the Upper Deck X set - which is of course the Roman Number for 10.

The other two are tough but gettable - and similar.

PatSearcher is correct on Rollins he is 2 - his uniform number 11 which is on the card is similar to II which is the roman number for 2.

I'm going with 100 for Earle Combs. He's a coach, position = C = 100. But then again you could have just used a catcher's card for this.

I've shoveled too much snow to think straight!

Way out on a limb here . . .

Earle Combs' nickname was the Kentucky Colonel. Everyone knows there are 11 secret spices in KFC.

Earle Combs = XI = 11
