SUS: Who has gotten a W before Cliff Lee?

For todays edition of Shut Up Stats we pick on Cliff Lee and the Phils:

329 MLB pitchers have recorded a victory this season - none of them are named Cliff Lee. 

Keep in mind there are only 750 spots on all major league rosters combined (for all positions).  

Just a small sample of the guys that have won a game since Lee last won a game on September 26 2011.

Tim Lincecum - 6.19 ERA highest among 61 NL Qualifiers

9 Different Cubs pitchers (The Cubs have won a only 23 games all season and are 21 games under .500) 

Chris Carpenter (Hasn't appeared in a game in 2012, but won several games in 2011 post season)
Darren Oliver - 41 year old journeymen lefty reliever - won a 2011 World Series game v the Cardinals.
