21 Defunct Stadiums that Jamie Moyer has Pitched In

The Marlins have officially moved to their new Stadium, Jamie Moyer  has added yet another ballpark to the list of places he has pitched where they no longer play Major League Baseball.

He has pitched in 21 defunct stadiums.  Twenty-One.

I would assume that is a record for any player active or not.

Had he pitched in a 3 game series in Toronto during April of 1989, it would have been 22, since that was the last series that Texas played in the old Exhibition stadium.

One of the great moments following the 2008 World Series was Moyer's speech at the conclusion of the victory parade, where he told the crowd that he was in the crowd watching the Phillies' 1980 parade.
